Welcome to the Latin American Tennis Foundation (LATF)

Founded by former Latin tennis champion, Rosie Casals and family members of tennis pro, Pancho Gonzalez, LATF offers opportunities to Latin Americans of all ages. Latino leaders in the U.S. tennis space provide high performance training and scholarships to junior competitors who qualify through an application process. Scholarships support coaching, equipment and tournament costs. Additionally, LATF offers educational and mentor programs, tennis clinics, competitive tournaments, and community events in partnership with other Latino-focused community organizations to grow awareness of the sport among the Latin American community.

To inspire and enhance the lives of today’s youth through physical fitness, academic pursuit, and character building through the sport of tennis, creating opportunities for a brighter future

Through a structured application process, junior competitors can receive financial support for coaching, equipment, and tournament expenses, helping them reach their full potential.

Led by Latino leaders in the U.S. tennis space, our specialized training programs help young athletes develop the skills and discipline needed to compete at higher levels.

We believe in shaping not just great tennis players, but well-rounded individuals. LATF offers educational resources and mentorship opportunities to guide players both on and off the court.

Our organization hosts tennis clinics, workshops, and competitive tournaments, creating a strong community for young Latin American players to train, connect, and grow.
The LATF was established because of the lack of quality, high profile organizations representing Latino tennis players and their needs. Through the efforts of my Love & Love Tennis Foundation and by working with many underserved Latino community members in Coachella Valley, I realized more needs to be done in raising awareness and money to provide tennis to these kids who only know about soccer and other team sports. I've built a strong relationship with the Pancho Gonzalez Foundation; hosting tennis clinics for Hispanic Heritage Month and collaborating on additional ideas to elevate and support Latinos in the sport. Greg & Dan Gonzales and I have talked about the need to have all Latinos under one big umbrella organization - Imagine what we can do together!
